MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If it has been 30 days and your order has not reached you please contact me either via social media or email. In this situation I will give you the choice of having the order shipped a second time or refunding the purchase. 
Sometimes a reship may involve waiting for an item to be restocked but I aim to resolve any orders they postal service has lost as fast as I can.

AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK!
If an item you want is out of stock you can let me know this through social media. I try to restock items regularly, but if I know an item is more in demand I am more likely to restock it.
